Why linen is expensive

Linen is considered expensive for several reasons:
- Production process: Linen is made from the fibers of the flax plant, which is a labor-intensive crop to cultivate and harvest. The process of turning the fibers into fabric requires a lot of manual work and attention to detail, which adds to the cost.
- Rarity: Linen is not as widely produced as other fabrics, such as cotton or polyester, so it is considered a luxury material. Also because not everywhere linen likes to grow.
- Durability: Linen is a very strong and long-lasting fabric, which makes it a worthwhile investment for many people. Its high quality and durability mean that it can last for years with proper care.
- Environmental factors: Organic and sustainable methods of producing linen are more expensive than traditional methods, which contributes to the overall cost of the fabric.
- In summary, my own question was the same...some while ago....and you know what- taking all of the information given above think about benefits you get and give to nature.
Answer this for yourself: When do you take care more...when you buy something cheap or more expensive?
